Listed below you can find all the RentKievApts policies regarding: book apartments, payment methods, check-in and check-out, cancellation plus additional information that may answer the most frequent asked questions. In any case fell free to contact us for all your needs connected with apartments for rent or other our services we will be glad to answer all your questions.

We provide advanced booking system. Your reservation can be completed by either:

• Payment for 1 night to guarantee the reservation of certain apartment;
• Fitting in between other two reservations by booking an available apartment;
• Calling us upon your arrival (to Kiev) to be accommodated at any available apartment at that moment.

Similar to hotel rooms, some private apartments in Kiev are in constant demand throughout the year. Please, make your reservation in advance (1-2 week prior to your arrival) or earlier if you arrive on holidays (March 8, May, New Year).

Please browse our site and choose any apartment/s you would like. Click to add the chosen apartment/s to your List. Fill out your Personal and Arrival information form and choose your preferable Payment methods.
Having checked apartment availability, our manager will send you the invoice for the requested services within 12 hours from the moment your form was submitted. If the services you requested are unavailable, you will be offered some alternative options. At this point you will be able to make your reservation prepayment.

Check in time: 13:00 - Check out time: 12:00.
In cases of early arrival and early check in necessity, please, let's know at the moment of reservation. We will do our best to accommodate you in case of earlier availability status and, in the worst case, we'll take care about your luggage till the check-in time.
Late check out (before 6pm) is charged as half daily apartment cost, after 6pm as a full daily apartment cost. Late check out is available in cases when your apartment does not have later reservations on this day. Reservations for Early check in or Late check out are completed in advance only.

RentKievApts policies regarding: Deposit, Money delivery system, Full balance payment and cash

Apartment is considered booked after the deposit is received:

• equivalent to one night stay if your reservation term is less than 14 nights;
• equivalent to two nights stay if your reservation term is more then 14 nights;
• For booking on big tourists season like New year or 1 May, we could ask full prepayment.

Your deposit will be deducted from the total sum of payment upon your arrival and final calculation.
Deposits cannot be refunded, make sure that you booked your flights before making your reservation. Dates of booking are not transferred.
If while you send prepayment apartment was reserved by other agency we propose you another variant, or refund your prepayment

For making Reservation Deposit we offer the following types of payment:

• Payment by Western Union;
• Payment by PayPal;
• Payment by cash.

For making Reservation Deposit we offer the following types of payment:

Full balance rent should be paid upon check in by cash.

Accommodation reservation represents mutual commitment. From our side we guarantee apartment availability for the whole period booked, and refuse other clients interested in the apartment. On the other hand, we strongly encourage you to plan your trip before booking an apartment.
If you decide to cancel your reservation at any time, or change your dates, your deposit will not be refunded.
Also, the rent amount paid for the apartment is not refunded in case you decide to leave the apartment prior to the date agreed during booking.

RentKievApts Transfer to the apartment and Check-in policies

Our driver will pick you up at the airport\railway\bus station and transfer you directly to the reserved apartment in a timely and safe manner.
If you arrive before check in time and you had told us at the moment of reservation, you 'll have the keys if the chosen apartment is available or, in the worst case, you will be able to put luggage in our office.

• Kiev Boryspil airport pick up service by standard class car - $25. Available advanced booking of 2 transfers (arrival + departure day);
• Kiev Railway pick up - $15.

*Rates per car. These rates do not include taking your friends to the airport with our driver ( it available for extra $15).

Check in by yourself.
We wait for you from 9am till 9pm directly at the apartment, where you will be able to make full balance payment and take your keys.
All late arrivals (after 9pm) realize directly at apartment for extra $15.
If you use our transfer services you won't be charged, our driver will give you the key.

Our site displays full apartment database of daily accommodation options and provides their full address, map and detailed photos for your review.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the reserved apartment upon your arrival, we will be happy to change it to any other available next day.

If you wish to change the reserved apartment and we have other accommodation available, we would be pleased to relocate you ON THE FOLLOWING DAY.
Reserved apartment is a subject to be changed if some electricity/water/heating cut off or breakdown occurs and it cannot be fixed. In this case we provide you with similar accommodation or even better apartment.

We would like you to be aware of frequent fraud cases of several internet accomodation agencies, their false registration or absence of official certification. we would like you to feel secure and confident working with us. Our site guarantees that:

• All appartments we offer are real and properly registered;
• All photos are original;
• We fully guarantee your reservation and provide you with your lodging upon receiving your deposit;
• We prefer to work with our constant clients and value our reputation. Thus we do not practice offering one appartment and replacing it with any other, unless there are force major situation for that.

Daily rent rate does not depend on number of guests, but it's strictly prohibited to give parties.
Listed rates are given per night. Rent includes all accessories, linen, towels, utilities, telephone (inside Kiev calls) housekeeping the apartment every 3 nights.
More frequent house keeping, laundry, cooking and other services are available upon request for extra charge.
Rent does not include long distance (international) calls and internet (flat ADSL available 24/7 - free of charge).

Monthly rent rate does not depend on number of guests. Listed rates are given per month.
Rent includes: accessories, water, and utilities.
Additional services are available upon request for extra charge.
